Services · by what’s included

Every service, sorted by how much you want to hand over

We don’t sell moving by the box or the hour and hope. You pick a tier by what it includes — the same three levels for a home move or an office one — and we scope the rest to fit.

Most removals firms bury the detail and quote a number. We’d rather show you the levels first. Whether it’s a flat off the Broadway or a floor near Colindale, the choice is the same: how much of the lifting, packing and planning do you want to keep, and how much do you want gone? That’s what the three tiers below answer — and every one starts with a survey and a written quote, so nothing’s a surprise.

In an office

For a commercial fit-out: out-of-hours or phased moves, server and comms-room relocation, and a coordinator who plans the whole sequence with your IT and facilities people.

Scope this level

Not sure which fits? Tell us the shape of the move on the quote form and we’ll point you to the right level — and only what you actually need within it.

Storage, for when the dates don’t line up

Chains slip. Completion moves. There’s a fortnight between the old place and the new one and somewhere to put a household in between. We can hold your things and bring them on when you’re ready — a normal part of plenty of NW-London moves, and easiest to plan if you flag it early rather than on the day. It sits inside the Full Service and Premium tiers as an option, or stands alone if storage is all you need.

Packing, from a hand with the fragile to the whole house

Packing is where a move is won or lost, and it’s the bit people most often underestimate. Take it all off our hands with Full Service, keep the boxes yourself with Move Essentials and just have us wrap the breakables, or land somewhere in between. Proper materials, room-by-room labelling and an inventory of what went where — so unpacking at the far end is a calm afternoon, not a treasure hunt.

Man-and-van, for the smaller runs

Not every job needs a full crew and a Luton. A single room, a few big items, a student move up to Stanmore or a sofa that won’t fit the car — a man-and-van run covers it, with the same care and the same wrapping, just scaled down. If that’s closer to your move, say so on the quote form and we’ll size it honestly rather than overselling you a tier you don’t need.

The same tiers, for the office

Everything here applies to commercial moves too. Move Essentials gets a small office across town after hours; Full Service labels the workstations and handles the IT; Premium runs the phased, out-of-hours relocations with a coordinator and the server room to think about. The office removals page goes into the commercial detail, and the European service layers customs and route planning on top for moves that leave the country.
