Plenty of moves that start in Edgware don’t end in London. A family trading the North
Circular for the Costa Blanca; a couple retiring to the Algarve; someone taking a job on a
campus outside Milan. For all of them, an international removal from Edgware
is really one long, well-planned journey — and the planning is the part we love. Every run
leaves on the A41, joins the M25, and crosses at Folkestone or Dover before peeling off to
wherever you’re headed.
We keep to the four routes we know properly — removals to France,
Italy, Spain and Portugal — because
knowing the crossings, the roads and the customs steps by heart is worth more than a map
with a hundred pins on it. And while Edgware is home base, we’re just as happy loading from
elsewhere: London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bristol are all origins we’ve pulled away from on the way
to the Channel.
